As a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to protecting and preserving the incredible wonders of the natural world for present and future generations.
Our main efforts at HMNF are focused on acquiring wild land and keeping it wild for generations to come. When we preserve a piece of land, every acre will go through a treatment plan to ensure maximum health and self-sustainment.
We protect our land by implementing long-term growth plans. By analyzing factors such as soil erosion or wildlife trends, we are able to predict losses before they happen and put in place preventatives to protect defenseless nature's legacy.
Project H.E.A.L is our secondary directive designed to educate and inspire the next generation. Spreading awareness and creating a new community of conservationists who are passionate and ready to help.
Every second, a football field of forest is destroyed. We do not lobby or protest against companies or the regulations, we simply acquire the land before it can be destroyed! Simple and effective.
The first steps we take when rejuvenating a habitat is creating a growth plan. Creating self-sustainable environments by spot planting seeds and treating the soil are just a couple examples.
The changes in the lands we reinvest in are immediate. Excessive foliage, brush, and timber are recycled, while the trees are maintained through other arboricultural methods.
Using our social media platforms, we are creating communities where people can ask questions and be given the opportunity to learn. By bringing hunting and outdoor hobbies to the mainstream media we hope to set ablaze the hearts of all the dormant huntsman.
Even preserving a single one-acre plot of land creates a massively positive change in the local ecosystem. We are not going to stop our mission until the entire world feels our change, whether that be from reductions in C02 emissions or a global social movement.
